GARDEN SCULPTURES

My sculptures are designed to be used in the garden as a blending of art with nature.  
 Each piece is an original, hand sculpted of porcelain.  In my Serenity Series I try to reflect the beauty
of nature and womanhood, while inspiring a sense of calm, well being.
By eliminating the arms and legs when I create a sculpture I hope to reflect our desire to stop running and grabbing at life.
 Instead inspiring us to slow down and capture a peaceful moment.

Spring Tree Series:
MORNING MIST
My inspiration for this piece
 came when I was walking on
my friend's farm early one
morning and I passed a pecan
orchard  shrouded  in morning
mist.  I had this sense of
hearing the quiet and an image
of a dryad in song coaxing the
 trees to  grow and produce fruit. 		available
